Date Is Changed In Case Format Date Is Different (Doc ID 2851873.1)

Symptoms

Adding a specific Date Format, dfifferent than Locale leads to a faulty date entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch WebTools
2. Change Opportunity Form Applet - Child -> CloseDate2 -> Display format = DD/MM/YYYY
3. Deliver WS
4. Launch Call Center
5. Make sure Admn-Date-> Locale-> M/d/yyyy for ENU
6. Go to Opportunity
7. In the closed date add: April 11, 2021, and save the record

Result: Date Changes to 04/11/2021
