Attachments Are Not Getting Created With Error "SBL-CMI-00118: Unable to create attachment record" (Doc ID 2854459.1)

Symptoms

Siebel 15.18 production instance was running for years using NFS files system. Recently started issues with attachment creation. Attachment files are missing from processed emails since it is failing to create attachments in file system that is at NFS side.

STEPS

1. Siebel 15.18 version instance integrated with O365 to fetch emails and consume in siebel and create SRs/integrations

2. Intermittently attachments are missing in multiple mailboxes

3. eComm logs reported errors: SBL-CMI-00118: Unable to create attachment record
