Symptoms

Crash of Application Object Manager when clicking on Test Execution - 'Schedule Run' button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application Object Manager (for example Call Center);
2. Navigate to 'Release' screen then to Test Execution and click on 'Schedule Run';
3. Server busy error is displayed on screen and Siebel Application Object Manager process is crashing.

Call stack (extracted from Full User-Process Dump)

The crash has been reproduced by Oracle Support in Siebel 22.1 and 22.2 Update.
