In Chrome, Siebel View Is Distorted When In Update Mode And Navigating To Another View

Symptoms
In Chrome, when in Tab navigation mode, if you navigate to an additional view accessed through the Show more detailed view after having updated the parent record without committing the change, then the destination view layout can be distorted with no data in it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Make sure the navigation control is TABS and theme is Aurora in User Preferences
2 - Enter the application.
3 - Navigate to a Service Request record.
4 - Make a change in the record in the Parent Form Applet (Do NOT save the record)
5 - Navigate to a drop down view with write record pending
6 - The view becomes unreadable.
