Symptoms
After performing an update installation from 20.12 to 21.12 the Server Manager interface is not accessible due to the following error:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Patch Siebel 21.12 on top of 20.12 (by following the Installation Guide).
2. Run the Post Installation Database Utility.
3. Start all the Siebel services.
4. Access Server Manager interface.
Changes
Update the existing Siebel 20.12 to 21.12.
