Openui Synergy Theme - List Applet Horizontal Scroll Bar Width Is Different In Touch Based And Non-touch Based Laptop (Doc ID 2858103.1)

Symptoms

When using Synergy Theme, Width of the horizontal scroll bar is different between touch enabled and non-touch enabled laptops. Due to this issue, if only one record is available in a list applet, the record is partially visible and users wont be able to view details of the record as shown in screen shot:


 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.using a touch enabled laptop, Login to application and navigate to

Tools--->User Preferences---->Behavior

2. Change "Navigation Control" to "Tab" and Theme to "Synergy"

3. Re-login to application and navigate to Opportunities screen and select a record and click "Sales Team" MVG. 

4. Notice that an additional horizontal scroll bar that is occupying the  space when there is only one record available in list applet due to which the record is partially displayed
