Upgrep Fails With ORA-03101: Invalid Input Data (Doc ID 2860488.1)

Symptoms

After performing upgrade from 15 to 22.1 the upgrep is finished with error.

To replicate the issue perform the following step:

  1. Migrate binaries to 22.1
  2. Start upgrep
  3. Upgrep failed with error:

 

Changes

 The issue was triggered by upgrading Siebel from version 15 to 22.1.
