Dispatching Activities To The Dispatch Board Does Not Work Consistently (Doc ID 2864125.1)

Symptoms

When trying to drag & drop activities to the Field Service Dispatch Board, depending on the field cursor is positioned, the activity is not dropped in the Dispatch Board and nothing happens.

In the application object manager log, the following error is seen:
