Symptoms

When attempting to invoke an outbound web service while Siebel is running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) the fowing error occurs.

ERROR

siebelljbs_1.log


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Just invoke this one web service and check the log.

  2. All other outbound web services going to different URLs are working fine.
