Symptoms

When trying to rebase an Int WS an error is seen in Siebel Tools interface after clicking the Finish button to 'Merge Reports'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Tools on the Server as SADMIN.
2. Open Workspace 'int_bug_fixing_qa'.
3. Click on Workspace > Merge Reports.
4. In the 'Merge Workspaces' select the Row with MAIN/104 click on the 'Finish' button.
