Goal

 Doc ID 2790523.1 mention about change of library file used for "EAI XSLT Service" i.e in 21.5 Xalan XDK library was replaced by Java library (Oracle XDK).

After this change, in different Siebel versions seeing different values for XMLCharEncoding which is output argument of "EAI XSLT Service". What is the value of "XMLCharEncoding" at the output of "EAI XSLT Service"?
