Symptoms
Based on the document below, System Admin Analyzer was executed.
- Siebel System Administration Analyzer (Doc ID 2788527.1)
Then it showed the result like this.
Error: Import/Export and upgrade process fail due to UI orphan records failing with "Error in doExport (RtxNdVerify)" and "null has foreign key" messages in exprep log file.

As it indicates inconsistency between S_UI_OBJ_EXPR and S_UI_OBJECT tables, rrcleanup utility was executed to clean up orphan records.
However, Siebel System Administration Analyzer still showed the same error message with more Record ID after the execution of rrcleanup utility.
