Symptoms
When attempting to generate a watermark file in the Siebel Migration Application, the following error is thrown:
"Unable to create the Archive Id folder in Siebel File System"
migration.log:
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Update Siebel application to 22.4
2. Perform a FullRR from the DEV environment to UAT
3. Log in to Siebel Migration Application
4. Attempt to generate a watermark file
Reproduction steps are not limited to the ones above, and the issue might occur for other cases as well when Migration Application is interacting with the Siebel File System
