Symptoms
When attempting to perform an upgrade from 15.18 to 21.11, the upgrade fails during upgphys step and the following errors are seen in the sch_dict.log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform installation of binaries and UPGREP
2. Resolve conflict (Applied conflict resolution (SiebDev.exe / U Sadmin / P Sadmin / d "ServerDatasrc" / C "C: \ Siebel \ 15.0.0.0.0 \ Tools \ Bin \ enu \ Tools.cfg" / L ENU / IRM UPGDELTAMERGE / ipackmode)
3. Performed Fullpublish (SiebDev / C Tools.cfg / Tl Enu, RUS / D ServerDatasrc / U Sadmin / P Sadmin / Fullpublish)
4. Execute upgphys .
