SBL-EAI-09002 Error When Importing XSD In Siebel Tools (Doc ID 2879458.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import an external XSD, the import fails with the following error in Siebel Tools and Siebel Web Tools:

This was also reproduced on internal environments.

 

Steps to import the XSD IO in Siebel Tools:

1. Start Siebel Tools.

2. Click File, then New Object.

3.In the New Object Wizards window, click the EAI tab.

4. Double-click the Integration Object icon.

5. Complete the Integration Object Builder initial page:
Select the project from the first list.
Select EAI XSD Wizard as the Business Service.

6. Browse to the location of the XSD file that you want to use as follows, then click Next.
