Non-Required Indexes Generated In upg_data_aferseed.sql After Upgrade From IP16 To Siebel 22 (Doc ID 2881558.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading Siebel from IP16 to 22.1, indexes from RUN_SQL_40 to RUN_SQL_110 are created in upg_data_afterseed.sql

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Siebel from IP16 to 22.1
2. Go to ses/dbsrvr/ORACLE/UPGRADE/V16_0
3. Open upg_data_afterseed.sql

The following indexes are created in upg_data_afterseed.sql:
