After updating Siebel from 22.1 to 22.6 the below errors are frequently observed in <SES_HOME>/applicationcontainer_internal/logs


 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install 22.6 update

2. Start tomcat

3. Packet length errors observed



 Install 22.6 update on top of 22.1
