Siebel Migration Application Login Fails With "Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege" Error For SADMIN User And "401 Unauthorized"/"404 Server Not Found" Error Seen In Migration Logs

Symptoms
When attempting to access Siebel Migration Application (SMA) after setting up Migration profile in Siebel Management Console (SMC) for the first time, the SADMIN user credentials to access the SMA URL fails and the following error is seen in the Migration Application page:
Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege.
In the migration.log, below errors are seen:

Changes
Perform Patch Update to 20.10 or later and configure Migration profile for first time and define "Migration REST Endpoint for Authentication and Data Store" parameter
