After Full Repository Merge, Custom EIM Processing Columns Are Gone. (Doc ID 2884384.1)

Symptoms

Siebel 8.1.1.4 SEA has been upgraded to Siebel 21.9.

As of 8.1.1.4, EIM_EMPLOYEE table has the following custom Processing Columns.
T_CONTACTCURRPRILS
T_CONTACTPREFLOCAL

After the full Repository Merge is done, these columns do not exist anymore.

Steps
-------------------
1. Performing UPGREP from 8.1.1.4 SEA to 21.9
2. Perform Full Repository merge with help of Siebel Tools (siebdev process )
3. Post completion of Merge process missing EIM custom processing columns

Changes

 Siebel Database has been upgraded from 8.1.1.4 SEA to 21.9, using full Repository Merge process.
