Symptoms

CanInvokeMethod Applet User Property enables buttons in Query Mode as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Create a Workspace
3. Query for Applet SIS Account List Applet
4. Add user properties CanInvokeMethod: DeleteRecord with value TRUE
5. Deliver WS
6. Login to Application
7. Navigate Account List Applet
8. The Delete button is active.
9. Click on Query button
10. The Delete button appears in Query mode as well.
