Symptoms
When trying to Change the Owner of the Activity in the Activity Applet under Service Request an error is seen in the interface and Field Service AOM Log file SFSObjMgr_enu.log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Field Service Object Manager.
2. Navigate to Activity List Applet under the Service Request.
3. Click on Owner Pick Applet - Click on Select - Change the Owner and then try to save.
Changes
Upgrade environment from 8.1.1.14 to 21.10.
