Symptoms

When attempting to access Siebel application post Siebel Cloud Manager Lift and Shift on Siebel 18.12 or later, the application fails to come up and the following error occurs.

Logging into kubernetes pods shows the edge-0 (server) pod as 0/1 running when listing the pods using kubectl commands (command: kubectl -n namespace get all)



Upon checking the Siebel cloud manager container, below could be seen for the helmrelease status (command: kubectl -n namespace get helmrelease) that shows a failure for "helm release rollback"
