Symptoms

On : 22.2 version, Loyalty

When attempting to process Transaction, Loyalty Real Time Engine Component is crashing and 
the following error occurs in UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Loyalty Members
2. Drilldown Loyalty Member
3. Go to Transaction
4. Perform Process Transaction



Changes

 Environment upgraded from Siebel Version 8.1.1.11 to 22.2.
