Symptoms
When attepting to execute the Post Installation Database utility in 22.7 Runtime Repository (RR) environment the following error is noticed in TaskUpgrade.log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a backup for the working environment.
2. Apply 22.7 as an update installation.
3. Execute the PostInstallDBSetup utility.
