Symptoms
While patching from 22.6 to 22.8 Siebel, PostinstallDbSetup utility execution fails in SeedSchemaManifest step.
The following errors can be seen in import_cus_schema.log, which is located under PostInstallDBSetup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS/SeedSchemaManifest/Common directory:
Steps
1) Perform an Update Installation of Siebel 22.8 Monthly Update
2) Proceed with PostInstallDBSetup installation as default
3) The SeedSchemaManifest Upgrade step is marked as failed in the PostInstallDBSetup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.html file located under siebsrvr/log directory
