While performing Siebel 22.8 update, PostInstallDBsetup is failing with below error:



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Siebel 20.12 Dev Instance updated with Siebel 22.8 update

2. Invoked PostInstallDBsetup

3. PostInstallDBsetup is failing with error DDLDICT-ERR-1017
