Symptoms

On : 21.9 version, Siebel VB / eScript / COM
When try to connect to AOM using Siebel Java Data Bean with TLS enabled, Java Data bean return this error to the UI:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow TLS setup from Object Interfaces Reference>Configuring TLS for the Siebel Java Data Bean Standalone Client>Customizing Siebel Object Interfaces>Accessing the Siebel Java Data Bean>Configuring TLS for the Siebel Java Data Bean Standalone Client
2. Test the JDB connection
3. Get error
