Configuring Siebel Gateway Using Curl Failed with Error "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request" (Doc ID 2898535.1)

Symptoms

User is trying to configure Siebel gateway using curl commands as mentioned in Doc ID 2753807.2 but it got failed with error "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Try to perform Siebel installation in silent mode

2. Once the binary instillation is done try to configure Siebel gateway using below command
