Symptoms

After installing Siebel 22.x on top of Siebel 19.x, the customer Siebel 22.x application homepage reverted to the Siebel vanilla version versus the customer's Siebel 19.x customized home page.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Install Siebel 19.x
2. Customize the Siebel 19.x home page.
3. Install Siebel 22.x on top of Siebel 19.x
4. Observe the Siebel 22.x homepage is the vanilla Siebel home page.
