REST API Calls with "No Auth" Returns Sucessfull Response (Doc ID 2905430.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Customer has implemented a Siebel API REST login with authentication oAuth2.0 and running tests from Postman.

API responds ok when using this type of authorization: OAuth 2.o from Postman, but also returns ok with authorization type: No Auth from postman.

However, it is should have no authorization.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
