Siebel Application Object Manager Suddenly Erroring "Server Busy" Along With"SBL-SEC-10018: Can't load libsscdw9.so(SBL-GEN-02500)" (Doc ID 2905586.1)

Symptoms

While accessing eCommWirelessObjMgr_esn application object manager, it is giving server busy and some authentication errors in eCommWirelessObjMgr_esn*.log file

SBL-SEC-10018: Can't load libsscdw9.so(SBL-GEN-02500)

GenericLog GenericError 1 000000d36358b3d3:0 2022-10-25 10:36:15 (secmgr.cpp (2943) err=4597521 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10001: An internal error occurs in the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application . Please contact the system administrator to request assistance.
ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000d36358b3d3:0 2022-10-25 10:36:15 (physmod.cpp (10053)) SBL-DAT-00565: An internal error occurs in the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact the system administrator to request assistance.

After correcting DLLName, new errors were reported as below:

DML update time errors

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000009f6358eef1:0 2022-10-25 12:51:09 (oracon.cpp (5028)) SBL-DBC-00111: Error writing to a record. If the problem persists, continue or ask the system administrator to check the configuration of the application.
SQLParseAndExecute Execute 5 0000009f6358eef1:0 2022-10-25 12:51:09 ORA-06550: line 8, column 29:
PL/SQL: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
ORA-06550: line 6, column 1:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
ORA-06550: line 26, column 29:
PL/SQL: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Bounce enterprise services in production.
2. After services online, trying to access eCommWirelessObjMgr_esn in production
3. Getting server busy error
