Post Upgrade Services Are Not Starting Due to Missing Table Owner Having CHANGE_ME In SRBroker/SRProc (Doc ID 2907076.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from Siebel IP15.14 to 21.12 version services are not starting.

 

In SRBroker_0002_2097155.log we could see:

SQLSummary Stmt 4 000000046359063b:0 2022-10-26 16:47:29 select DB_SCHEMA_VER, NULLIF(0, 0), NULLIF(0, 0), CUSTOM_SCHEMA_VER, NULLIF(0, 0), APP_VER, COMMENTS, NULLIF(0, 0), {fn now()}, NULLIF(0, 0), 'N', NULLIF(0, 0), NULLIF(0, 0) from CHANGE_ME.S_APP_VER
Unable to get schema version.
Please verify that you have specified the correct Table Owner (CHANGE_ME)
and you have select access to the S_APP_VER table.

 

In SRProc_0006_6291459.log was observed:

Steps to replicate:

1. Run the upgrade process from 15.14 to 21.12 ( Upgrep + Upgphys )

2. Do not update the table owner section in the upgrade Wizard.

3. Start the services.
