The Siebel Gateway Registry Service Started And Then Stopped (Doc ID 2907879.1)

When attempting to bring the Siebel Gateway Registry Service it started and then stopped.

The Siebel Server could be started without issues, and it was possible to login to srvrmgr.

There is no functional impact, but Siebel Gateway Registry Service appears as down.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Control Panel > Services
2. Start the Apache Tomcat 9.0 SiebelApplicationContainer_Siebel_Home_c_Siebel_ses_Internal
3. Start the Siebel Gateway Registry service
4. Start the Siebel Server service
5. The Siebel Gateway Registry service goes down
