When trying to delete a development workspace that has a child that was reverted or if the development workspace itself was reverted an error is seen on the interface in both Siebel Tools and Web Tools.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Siebel Web Tools.
2. Create the below structure:
  int_delete_workspace (Created)
       dev_parent (Created)
       dev_Child (Created)
3. Perform a small change on the dev_child workspace.
4. Deliver the dev_child workspace to dev_parent.
     int_delete_workspace (Created)
          dev_parent (Checkpointed)
          dev_Child (Delivered)

5. Revert dev_parent workspace to Created.

6. The dev_parent is now in Create status and has again the option of Delete.

7. Try to deliver.

 Revert a development workspace.
