Additional Sort Specification "Organization Sort Optimization InterField" Is getting added when trying to invoke an MVG Applet For Some Users (Doc ID 2915593.1)

Symptoms

When trying to invoke Opportunity MVG Applet from Leads Screen, SQL Query generated to load Opportunity Association applet records is inconsistent across users.

Issue can be reproduced by following below steps:

1. Login to application and  navigate to Leads Screen--->Lead Note View

2. From "Lead Detail Form Applet", Click on "Opportunity" MVG field which invokes a shuttle applet

3. Select "Lead Opportunity Mvg Applet" and verify that no records are displayed in the MVG applets for some users, where as Opportunity records are displayed for other users.

For working scenario(USER1), the SQL generated doesn't include BU_ID in WHERE clause. However, for non-working scenario(USER2), SQL WHERE clause contains a condition as shown below:

What are the scenarios when BU_ID condition gets added to the SQL along with "Organization Sort Optimization InterField" Sort Specification?
