Siebel Management Console Security Profile Errors With "Server error for resource: /profiles/security" (Doc ID 2915673.1)

Symptoms

After installing Siebel CRM Monthly Update from Siebel 20.9 to 22.11, Siebel Management Console --> Security Profile erroring

The application is up and running and all Siebel services correctly started, but the Security Profile in the Siebel Management Console is not available.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stop Siebel enterprise and apply 22.11 Monthly Update on top of 20.9
2. Start Siebel enterprise services
3. Access Siebel Management Console URL and then log in to it.
4. Try to select the Security profile under profiles. It will be thrown an error message "Server error for resource: /profiles/security"

 Installed Siebel CRM monthly update 22.11 on top of 20.9
