Currently the following is the requirement for Siebel service owner account

The Siebel service owner account must be part of the administrator group. The Siebel service owner account might be the same administrator account under which the Siebel CRM modules are installed, or a different account that is part of the administrator group.

Is there a provision not to have administrative privileges to run the Siebel Windows Service?
