Changes Are Not Getting Reflected In UI Using Integration WS After Delivery (Doc ID 2917150.1)

Symptoms

Some changes delivered are showing up in UI but some changes are not showing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Ran rebase from MAIN to integration workspace.
2. During the rebase process some conflicts was found but Finish and Cancel buttons were disabled.
3. After resolving the conflicts Cancel button got enabled but Finish button was still disabled.
4. Cancelled rebase process
5. Rebase status got automatically changed to Cancelled but integration workspace status was still "rebase-in-progress".
6. Changed the status directly in Database by executing SQL statements.
7. Let developers to make changes and deliver changes into integration workspace.

Observed that only some changes delivered were shown in UI whereas few other changes are not seen in UI, inspect specific developer workspace changes were available.
