Symptoms
In web tools when looking at a workspace and drilling down into the Merge Details the view does not use all the browser space.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel webtools
2. Select one of the workspace
3. On the top right corner click on "Merge details" and observe the list of modifications are not fully visible and the view can not be expanded
