DISA Play Back Fails With Error - PopupQueryCombobox - PickList Is Not Visible. Please Verify The Inputs Provided (Doc ID 2921173.1)

Symptoms

 When playing back a test script containing a click on a pick list applet, the following error is observed:

Recorded selectPicklistValue Price List Pick Applet ASP|PopupQueryCombobox Name   The given PickList is not visible. Please verify the Inputs provided. FAIL

 

The steps to replicate are:

  1. Log in to Call Center with SWECmd=AutoOn appended to the URL
  2. Click the camcorder and start recording the user session.
  3. Navigate to Campaign Admin
  4. Drill down a campaign name.
  5. Click the Design view tab
  6. Click Offers  -- This is Campaign Literature View Admin
  7. Click the "+" sign to add an Offer. -- This opens the pick applet and is where the play back fails later.
  8. Search on any field in the pick applet , then cancel . -- Just to have a few more steps after the failure.
  9. Stop the recording. 
  10. Save
  11. Play it back and notice the error.
