Symptoms
When trying to connect to sample database from tools , the following error has been observed in the siebdev.log
"An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.(SBL-DAT-00565)"
Replication Steps
-1. Install siebel tools
-2. Install Oracle XE sample Database
-3. Login
