Product Administration View Is Blank When Opened As Portlet (Doc ID 2922335.1)

Symptoms

When displayed within a portlet, validating products in Product Administration View leads to a blank screen:

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to AI_HOME\applicationcontainer_external\siebelwebroot\scripts\siebel\custom.
2. Create test.html.

3. Access HTML via webserver: https://<fqdn>:<ai_port>/siebel/scripts/siebel/custom/test.html
4. Click on test hyperlink (this will navigate to ISS Product Versions View).
5. Select and validate product.
