Symptoms

When sequence value max out for the "SERIAL_NUMcolumn of the "SIEBEL.S_ASGN_LB_DATA" Table, the Assignment Manager Load Splitter request are not getting processing as expected due to which the requests are getting inserted with the  negative value in SERIAL_NUM column as shown below causing the assignment to failed:
