Applet Menu Icon And Filter Change Disappear When Navigate to "All Service Request List View" (Doc ID 2923839.1)

Symptoms

When changing the View  to "All Service Request List View" the Menu Icon and the Filter Drop down are missing.

 

 
The following error message was captured in the Browser Console below. This occurs only in the RR environment with LDAP authentication. It was unable to test with vanilla UI theme since is not present on "C:\Siebel\ses\applicationcontainer_external\siebelwebroot\file"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Service Request View
3. From Drop Down select "All Service Requests"
