How to Change All WorkFlows, Scripts For Web Service Operations to Use Dynamic Credentials? (Doc ID 2924554.1)

Goal


Which are the options to include the credentials for all Outbound calls from Siebel (as some extra object with three elements - i.e. username, password, system - within the XML message) - but in a dynamic manner, without hard-coding those in the WorkFlows or Scripts calling the already implemented Web-Service operations?

(That is required to allow some flexibility in implementing regular password changes and other security policies for user accounts running those Integrations.)
