SSSE: Skipping Private Calendar Or Task Records During Synchronization Failed (Doc ID 2924947.1)

When configuring Siebel Server Sync Guide(SSSE) to Skipping Private Calendar or Task Records During Synchronization for some reason is not working as expected and private meetings are getting synchronized into Outlook as shown below:

A new calendar item was created with Private Flag set:

As show below was synchronized into Outlook:

Step to Reproduce the issue:

1. Configure SSSE to Skipping Private Calendar or Task to sync as explained on Skipping Private Calendar or Task Records During Synchronization.

2. Restart the Siebel Server.

3. Create two activities(Siebel Meeting Private and Siebel Meeting NOT Private) as show above.

4. Submit a Job for PIMSI Dispatcher to sync the record.

5. Login into Outlook.

6. Both Calendar items was sync into Outlook side. The expected behavior is to NOT sync the Private meeting.
