View Tab Hidden using PR/PM Is Reverting Post Some Time

Symptoms
Hiding View Tabs using custom PM and PR js code works but after some time it is was being displayed without user action.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to view having custom PM/PR to hide some specific view tabs
2. Leave siebel screen for a while by opening another browser tab to check another site
3. When back to Siebel Browser Tab, some view tabs which were not visible are now displayed
4. Clicking on the form applet makes the View Tabs to be hidden (expected behavior)
