Siebel Mobile : Airplane Icon is Missing from Siebel Disconnected Mobile Application on Android Devices (Doc ID 2925133.1)

Symptoms

The airplane icon on the application banner is missing after login to siebel mobile disconnected application on Android device .  The square which is marked in red on application banner where airplane icon should be displayed which is missing here .

 

 

Replication Steps 

-1. Configure siebel mobile application as outlined Setting Up Siebel Mobile Disconnected Applications

-2. Configure the siebel mobile app as outlined Setting Up the Host Server for Siebel Mobile

-3. Access the siebel mobile application on Android  device through siebel mobile app
