Symptoms
When attempting to execute a silent installation and configuration of Siebel 22.8 on Windows 2019 server the "HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error" is received when executing the following curl command:
STEPS
1. Install 22.8 binaries using silent installation .rsp file
2. Verify the Application Container external and internal are started with no errors
3. Try to execute the silent Siebel configuration using curl command as described above
4. The HTTP 500 error mentioned above is returned
