SSSE: Unable To Pick The Export XML File From "PIMSI Import Popup Applet (NewFileAttachment)" (Doc ID 2927939.1)

Symptoms

When trying to select or pick an export XML file on the "PIMSI Import Popup Applet (NewFileAttachment)" from the Administration - PIMSI Configuration > for "Siebel Domains", "PIM Domains", "Domain Map", "Configuration" and "LOV Translation Map". For some reason, the file is not select by the applet, and is not possible to import the configuration as explained in the steps below.

 

Step to reproduce the issue.

1. Go to "Administration - PIMSI Configuration" for "Siebel Domains", "PIM Domains", "Domain Map", "Configuration" and "LOV Translation Map"

2. Menu > Import > will open the "PIMSI Import Popup Applet (NewFileAttachment)".

3. Click Import and select the export XML file.

 

4. The "PIMSI Import Popup Applet (NewFileAttachment)"is blank and the file was not selected as expected.
